We often get inquiries about how we operate for outdoor events. The answer is simple! Cocktail Caravan offers bartending staff with our caravan bar rental. From there, we provide the Ice & Soft Beverage Package – which includes everything you need to offer guests the full bar experience: Up to 1,200 pounds of ice to store drinks and make cocktails, 3 sizes of cups, an array of juices, sodas, and specialty drink mixers, and garnishes. The host of the event is just responsible for purchasing all the alcohol. We have stores to recommend or you can simply buy from your favorite local shop.
Here are some reasons to consider our bartending staff and bar rental:
- Avoid the Caterers High MarkUps & Slim Selections: By purchasing the alcohol from the store, you pay regular retail prices and avoid the markup on each bottle from a caterer with a liquor license to sell bottles. Many liquor stores are happy to buy-back unopened, un-chilled wine and spirits – you just have to ask ahead of time when making your purchase. Larger purchases are often available for delivery, another question to ask your favorite store.
- Certified & Insured Staff: Our team is ServSafe certified, licensed, and fully insured, allowing us to mix up drinks in a responsible way. We are your bartenders too, no bait and switch here. We have a fantastic team of assistants to help us with larger parties, but Cocktail Caravan’s founders are at every party we book.
- Professional, Attentive Service: Let us help you find the perfect signature cocktail for your event, while guiding your alcohol purchase to ensure quantity and quality control. Our energetic team is ready to serve your guests with a smile and ensure we can whip up any drink request they have with our full stock of supplies.
- Flat Rate Rentals: Our rental fees are simple: It’s a flat rate, which includes delivery and set-up too. No hidden fees here.
