+ How do I book the caravan?

Head on over to our contact form and let us know the details for your event. The caravan is booked on a first come, first serve basis and is confirmed once we receive a signed contract and 50% deposit.

+ Where are you located?

The caravan is based in Monmouth County, NJ, but we're on wheels and will travel up to 25 miles from our warehouse. Anything beyond that will be determined at our own discretion and requires an extra mileage fee of $3.50/mile.

+ What’s included in your service?

Cocktail Caravan provides full service bartending for private events. We bring the bar and bartenders plus all of the mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and non-alcoholic beverages needed to make proper cocktails.

+ Do we have to use your bartenders?

Our bartenders are all Serv-Safe certified and bring professional service to your event. However, we understand that sometimes a caterer provides bartenders and we’re happy to have them serve from the caravan. We will just need to approve them first and require a certificate of insurance.

+ Do you provide alcohol?

State laws prohibit us from supplying alcohol. We’re happy to help you determine quantities to purchase and local liquor stores to go to, but purchasing the alcohol is the host’s responsibility. We’ll handle the rest.

+ How big is the caravan?

The caravan requires 16’l x 10’w x 12’h area to operate, but needs a little more space to get into place. We require an area with 28’l x 10’w x 12’h clearance for the caravan to be dropped off. If you’re unsure if your venue has enough space, we’re happy to meet you for a site visit.

+ Do you require power?

The caravan needs 120v power to operate the refrigerators and lights. If you’re unable to provide power, we have quiet 2000w generators available to rent.
